What happens next?

Once you have applied you will receive a Welcome Letter from UCAS confirming your details and the courses you have applied for. Please check this information carefully and call our Customer Service Unit on +44 (0) 870 1122211 if it is not correct. Your welcome letter also provides your application number and username which you will need to access Track. If you applied online, your password for using Track is the same as the password you used to make your application. If you applied on a paper form, you must call our Customer Service Unit to find out your password.

You can use Track to

• follow the progress of your application,

• change your postal address, email address and/or telephone number,

• make additional choices of course (if you have not already made six choices),

• apply for other courses in Extra and

• reply to your offers,

• withdraw your application.
